Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we are only able to accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:

1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

  • Damaged or defective items reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Incorrect items received (e.g., wrong size or design).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised products that are printed to your design specifications.

  • Items returned after 7 days.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@zk-merch.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

4. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once approved.
