Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping on some stores. International delivery times vary by destination, and you may be responsible for customs or import fees. If the option for international delivery isn't showing at checkout, the the brand store you are shopping on doesn't currently support it.
What sizes do you offer?

Most product pages includes a size guide. We offer a wide range of sizes, but availability may vary depending on the design, brand or garment style.
How long will it take to receive my order?

All ZK Merch products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for most UK orders. This allows enough time for production, plus additional time for shipping. You'll receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Can I track my order?

You’ll receive a notification email once your order has been shipped. We do not send a tracking link. If you haven’t received your order within 5-10 working days, contact our support team.
Can I return or exchange an item?

As all items are custom-printed to order, we’re only able to accept returns for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items. Please report any issues within 7 days of receiving your item.
How and when do I get paid?

You’ll receive monthly payouts based on your storefront’s sales. Payments are usually made within 10 workings days of the end of each month.
Who owns the rights to my designs?

You retain full ownership of your original artwork and designs. By working with us, you grant us permission to print and sell your designs on your behalf. If we designed your artwork, we retain exclusive distribution rights for the time agreed in your onboarding agreement.
Can I remove a product or close my store?

Absolutely. You have full control over your product catalogue and can remove or pause products at any time. You can also request to close your storefront with notice.
What is ZK Merch and how does it work for brands?

ZK Merch is a print-on-demand platform and fulfilment partner that allows creators, influencers, and brands to launch and manage their own merch storefronts — with no upfront stock costs.
Can I access customer data from my storefront?

Due to privacy laws, we don’t share customer contact details. However, we can provide some anonymised analytics and sales data to help guide your strategy.
How do I launch a storefront with ZK Merch?

Get in touch with our team and we’ll help you set up your custom storefront. Once your designs are ready, we’ll take care of the rest.
Do I need to handle printing or shipping?

Nope! We handle all production, packaging, and global shipping. You just focus on promoting your merch.
What does it cost to host a store?

There’s no upfront cost to launch. We operate on a profit-sharing model — you earn a commission on each sale. Custom plans are available for high-volume brands.
